Is this Sen. Revilla's real voice or not? No doubt 'the guy' was talking about 'election plans and strategies' then. I couldn't take he said these words. Who's the guy behind this arrogant voice? Up to you.
This video was uploaded and posted 12 March 2010. And I believed this was recorded before the Election May 2010. Sen. Revilla topped the senatorial election results; and the same as thru with his brother, Strike B. Revilla who won the municipal mayor in Bacoor, Cavite.
