[UPDATE 2] After two years of eagerly waiting, the most talked-about songwriting competition and its Top 15 Finalists has dropped out couple of days ago at MOR 101.9 Manila (ABS-CBN official radio station). The station played all the OPM entries contributed by talented Filipino composers (some we're repeaters, some we're newcomers) as interpreted by today's most requested and finest OPM singers. And these include come-back interpreters Juris, KZ Tandingan, Janella Salvador, Michael Pangilinan and Angeline Quinto. Newcomers are new Kampamilya Jolina Magdangal, Jonalyn Viray,Kyla and Jay-R, PBB Season 5 Big 4's Bailey and Ylona, Kris Lawrence, Daryl Ong, Itchyworms Band, The Voice PH finalists Morisette Amon and Klarisse De Guzman, Nyoy Volante, Kaye Cal, Marlo Mortel and Barbie Almalbis.
It seemed that all finalists were completely Tagalog song-titled compared to previous batches. Finals Night happens on April 24th, 2016, Sunday, (hope will telecast by ABS-CBN) at Kia Theatre.
